We are seeking a versatile BIM Specialist to lead the development of fully integrated 3D models for complex modular and reinforced concrete projects. You will oversee the transition from structural design to fabrication-ready drawings, including MEP systems and Rebar detailing. This role requires a technical expert who can use Navisworks to eliminate conflicts before they reach the site and leverage Dynamo to automate data-heavy tasks like quantity take-offs.

• Integrated Multi-Trade Modeling: Develop and manage high-LOD (Level of Development) models including Structural Rebar and MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
• Fabrication Hierarchy: Organize models into a clear hierarchy of Parts, Sub-assemblies, and Final Assemblies to support modular manufacturing workflows.
• Advanced Clash Detection: Utilize Navisworks to perform comprehensive interference checks between structural rebar, MEP runs, and architectural elements prior to drawing production.
• Automated Quantity Take-off (QTO): Establish workflows to extract Automated Quantity Take-offs directly from the 3D model, ensuring 100% data consistency for procurement and cost estimation.
• Drawing Package Delivery: Supervise the production of Shop Drawings, Assembly Drawings, and MEP Coordination Drawings ensuring they meet AISC or relevant local standards.
• BIM Automation: Develop and maintain Dynamo for Revit scripts to automate repetitive detailing, rebar placement, and metadata management.
• Quality & Coordination: Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bluebeam to manage markups, RFIs, and version control across multidisciplinary teams.

• Education: B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Revit (2022-2024), Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Automation: Demonstrated experience using Dynamo for Revit automation and data extraction.
• Detailing Expertise: Proven track record in structural detailing (PEB or Rebar) and MEP coordination.
• Communication: Strong ability to lead technical discussions and clarify design issues via the RFI process in ACC.
