Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Engineer_Civil, based in Kochi. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) files, developing construction drawings, and coordinating designs across Architecture and Civil Engineering disciplines. The role also involves collaboration with teams for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integration to ensure optimized designs and seamless construction workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience managing and utilizing BIM technologies.
• Minimum 5 yrs experience in construction field and team management
• Strong knowledge of creating and interpreting Construction Drawings for various building projects.
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and coordination in multidisciplinary projects.
• Educational background or practical experience in Civil Engineering and Architecture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.
• Relevant certifications or experience with design and construction software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) are a plus.
