BIM Coordinator

Experience: 5-8 Years of overall experience with 3-5 years in 3D BIM domain. Exposure of 4D-5D BIM (Synchro) will be an added advantage.

Qualification: Only B Tech or B Arch. Diploma Candidates are not eligible for this role.

Joining: Immediate to 45 days maximum. Candidates with 90 days notice period dont need to apply.

Candidates with less than 5 Years of professional OR BIM Experience not eligible.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with strong experience of Revit with preferable experience in Infrastructure/ Railway/ Metro projects

BIM Coordinator CivilB Tech Civil with 5-8 Years of overall experience with 3-5 years in 3D BIM domain (Revit/ ACC/ Navisworks), Infrastructure/ Railway/ Metro project experience mandatory.

BIM Coordinator MEPB Tech Mechanical with 5-8 Years of overall experience with 3-5 years in 3D BIM domain (Revit/ ACC/ Navisworks), Infrastructure/ Railway/ Metro project experience mandatory.

BIM Coordinator ArchB Arch with 5-8 Years of overall experience with 3-5 years in 3D BIM domain (Revit/ ACC/ Navisworks), Infrastructure/ Railway/ Metro project experience mandatory.

BIM Coordinator SystemsB Tech Civil/Electrical/Mechanical; 5-8 Years of overall experience with 3-5 years in 3D BIM domain (Revit/ ACC/ Navisworks), Infrastructure/ Railway/ Metro project experience mandatory

Responsibility

LOD 300/350 to LOD 500

BIM 360 working knowledge

Multi disciplinary coordination knowledge of MEPF, Civil, Architecture including systems (Signaling, telecommunication etc.)

Good understanding & Communication skills for interaction with client and its subconsultants

Key skills:

• Proven experience as a BIM coordinator in the engineering, or construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 or similar tools.
• Infrastructure/ Metro/ Railway project experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure linear projects and construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
