This is a full-time hybrid role for a Billing Engineer specializing in interior fit-outs. Based in Pune City, the role allows flexibility for some remote work. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and verifying bills of quantities (BOQs), conducting rate analysis, validating billing systems, managing project costs, and performing quantity surveying tasks. They will also collaborate closely with project and design teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and compliance with project timelines.

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and performing accurate Quantity Surveying
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Rate Analysis
• Experience with Billing Systems and processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in the interior fit-out industry is a strong advantage
