Job Title: SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI)

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP BRIM CI Consultants to support configuration, billing, and invoicing processes across the usagetocash lifecycle. The role involves handson CI configuration, integration validation, and endtoend invoicing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) components including Billing, Invoicing, BIT processing, BDR generation, and Billable Item Management
• Manage and support the complete invoicing lifecycle (usagetocash)
• Troubleshoot BIP/BIT mapping, billing cycles, provider contracts, and FI/SD integration issues
• Validate upstream and downstream integrations with CC and SOM teams
• Support UAT execution, test preparation, defect resolution, and documentation
• Prepare functional specifications and validate solution designs

Required Skills & Expertise

• 47 years of handson experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) implementations
• Strong understanding of BITs, BDRs, billing plans, rerating, and exception handling
• Working knowledge of FI/CO integration (AR, revenue posting, tax, and payments)
• Experience with provider contract configuration and usagetoinvoice flow
• Exposure to ABAP debugging is an added advantage
