pipeline tracking bid strategy underwriting submissions post-award documentation.

What youll do

Build and manage the tender pipeline across cities and states
Lead end-to-end bid execution - from opportunity evaluation to final submission
Deep-dive into RFPs, concession agreements, and contract structures to assess risks and upside
Work closely with internal teams (BD, finance, ops, legal) to shape competitive bids
Manage post-award documentation and compliance
Drive public affairs interactions with STUs, ULBs, and state authorities

What were looking for

58 years of experience in tendering / bid management (public transport, infra, EV, or adjacent sectors)
Youve independently led and won bids, not just supported
Strong understanding of contract structures like GCC, NCC, PPP, DBFOT
Experience working with STUs, ULBs, or state transport departments - and knowing how the ecosystem actually moves
