Were looking for a Backend Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in building scalable systems for our AI-powered conversational platform.

Youll work on high-impact features, design robust APIs, and ensure performance, security, and scalability across our backend services.

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Design and implement business logic using Python & FastAPI
• Work with databases like MySQL
• Manage services using Docker and messaging systems like Kafka
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product teams
• Optimize performance, security, and system efficiency
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices

• Strong experience in Backend Development & Software Development
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Solid understanding of OOP and programming fundamentals
• Experience with MySQL or similar databases
• Familiarity with REST API design & integration
• Basic understanding of frontend development for collaboration
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of scalable system design is a plus
• 35 years of experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in CS or related field

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience building high-performance, scalable systems
