The Role: We are looking for a high-caliber Azure Data Platform Specialist to design and manage a governed data ecosystem. You will be the architect behind our Medallion architecture, bridging the gap between high-velocity IoT data, Databricks pipelines, and our front-end applications.

What Youll Do:

• Platform Architecture: Own the Azure data landscape, ensuring seamless flows between Cosmos DB, Databricks, and API layers.
• Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain Bronze/Silver/Gold processing models; automate cleansing and enrichment jobs.
• Data Modeling: Lead our Cosmos DB strategy, optimizing partitioning and indexing for high-velocity telemetry.
• Security & Integration: Configure Azure API Management and enforce Entra ID (RBAC) to keep our data secure yet accessible.

Required Profile:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in data engineering.
• Core Tech: Mastery of Azure Cosmos DB, Databricks (Python/SQL), and Medallion architecture.
• Skills: Strong grasp of Azure Functions, API Management, and event-driven patterns.
• Ops: Proven ability in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
