What we are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Develop and manage data storage solutions using Azure Blob Storage, Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database.
• Integrate external and internal APIs for seamless data ingestion and transformation.
• Build and optimize data models and data warehouses using Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices across Azure services.
• Automate data workflows and support CI/CD practices for data engineering solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in API integration (REST, JSON, OAuth, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Experience with Azure Storage Accounts (Blob, Data Lake Gen2).
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or PowerShell for data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
