Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Audiologist position located in Bengaluru. The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnosing hearing-related conditions, and providing customized hearing care solutions. Daily tasks will include fitting and programming hearing aids, counseling patients and their families, and ensuring proper follow-up care. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in conducting hearing assessments, diagnostics, and interpreting audiometry results
- Proficiency in hearing aid fitting, programming, and troubleshooting
- Strong counseling and patient communication skills to provide empathetic care
- Knowledge of recent advancements in audiology and hearing technology
- Ability to collaborate with a healthcare team and deliver patient-centered solutions
- Organizational and time management skills to handle appointments and follow-ups efficiently
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Audiology or related field
- Relevant certification and licensure as required in the region
