What is Xyden?

Xyden is a leadership maturity platform that evaluates how leaders actually operate.

It measures time allocation, decision-making under pressure, and the underlying drivers that shape both.

The goal is to bring structure to how leadership is understood and evaluated in real business contexts.

Where We Are Today

The product is largely built.

The core framework is in place. The assessment works. The outputs are meaningful.

We are now entering the next phase, where the focus shifts to taking the product to real users, learning from how it is used, and refining both the product and its positioning.

This role sits at that intersection: 40% product, 60% sales and marketing.

What This Role Requires

• High clarity of thought and structured reasoning
• Comfort operating in an environment where not everything is defined
• Ability to move between building, questioning, and engaging with users
• Strong written and verbal articulation
• Genuine interest in leadership, behavior, and decision-making

Who This Role Is For

This role is reserved for people who know how to think.

We are specifically looking for individuals with a background in psychology (organizational, behavioral, or related fields), as the work is rooted in understanding how people operate.

Beyond that:

• You are curious about how leaders actually function, not how they describe themselves
• You are comfortable questioning assumptions, including ours
• You can hold complexity without rushing to oversimplify
• You can explain ideas clearly without diluting them
• You take ownership and move things forward independently

About the Role

You will work at the intersection of product and real-world adoption.

This is not a support role. It is not limited to execution.

You will:

• engage deeply with the product and improve it
• take it to senior stakeholders and see how it lands
• refine both the product and its articulation based on real interactions

The role requires moving between thinking, building, and engaging, often within the same day.

What You Will Work On

Product (40%)

• Continuously review and refine the assessment
• Improve how leadership is measured and interpreted
• Strengthen the clarity and usefulness of outputs
• Identify gaps in the framework and push improvements

Sales & Adoption (60%)

• Engage with CXOs and senior leaders to introduce Xyden
• Shape how the product is understood and positioned
• Build early conviction through conversations, not just presentations
• Bring back real feedback to sharpen both product and narrative

You will work on a problem that is still being shaped, and you will help define both the product and how it is understood.
