The Role: Associate Product Manager

Were looking for Associate Product Managers who enjoy solving real user problems, think structurally about product decisions, and are excited to build and improve digital products through data, experimentation, and collaboration. This is a hands-on role where youll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure across the entire product lifecycle.

What Youll Work On

• User Research & Problem Discovery : Identify real user and business problems
• PRDs & Documentation : Write clear, structured product requirements
• Feature Planning & Experimentation : Plan features and validate ideas through experiments
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams
• Product Analytics & Iteration: Track performance, analyze data, and improve continuously
• Execution: Getting things done in a structured, reliable, and impactful way.

Were looking for candidates who have:

• 1+ years of experience in product management or related roles
• Must have background in Tech,Product Management, Market Research, or Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Curiosity about how technology products are built and scaled
