MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role - Associate Inventory Transfer Team within our business operations in Bangalore, India. There are several openings in the Sales, Purchase, Imports and Accounting Departments.

Summary: The Inventory Transfer team is responsible to ensure that inventory is transferred efficiently and accurately between locations, such as warehouses or retail stores. This team plays a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, reducing stockouts, and minimizing excess inventory. They also work closely with other teams, such as procurement and logistics, to coordinate inventory transfers and ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Processing the ROGs (Receipt of goods) for the product received at various warehouses.

2. Coordinate with all the branch warehouse/showrooms to plan the inventory for stock purposes as per the business requirement and forecast.

3. Plan and schedule truck between the Hub to Hub and Hub to spoke warehouses.

4. Coordinate with the trucking companies as and when required to facilitate transfers and plan the

routing for drop shipments.

5. Ensure that there arent open transfers over 10 days pending for movement.

6. Serve as liaison with third-party delivery service to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems.

7. Provide information and assistance as needed to inventory and warehouse personnel to allow for expeditious processing of damaged and defective merchandise.

8. Perform additional duties as required and/or requested

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should be a Graduate or above with about 1 4 years of experience in a QA/QC for any transaction based process, specialization in the Order Management is preferred.

2. The Candidate should have an ability to multi-task, prioritize and be open to learning new tasks.

3. The candidate must be good with numbers and should know MS-Excel usage with standard use of excel functionality.

4. The Candidate should be a quick learner and must be able to switch between tasks.

5. The incumbent must have a logical approach must be curious by nature.

6. The Candidate should have the ability to focus on the business policies with attention to detail and quality of service.

7. The candidate must have excellent PC skills with a decent typing speed and should be well versed with MS Outlook.

8. Must be flexible with night shift and be prepared to take ownership of the task assigned with minimal supervision.

9. The Candidate should have an ability to multi-task, prioritize and be open to learning new tasks.
