Associate - MIS & reporting

We are looking for Associate-level professional with basic Excel knowledge to support daily operational and reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for processing trade reports in the system, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with internal and external teams, and sharing reports as required. This role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and maintain reports on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade reports accurately in the system.
• Ensure all trade-related data is updated and correct in the system.
• Coordinate end-to-end with internal teams and external stakeholders based on business requirements.
• Share daily reports with the concerned teams and provide additional reports as needed.
• Organize, review, and analyze operational data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports and other MIS/reporting requirements.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of reporting activities.
• Support the team in day-to-day operational tasks and data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V lookup, Pivot etc)
• Understanding of Equity Market, data entry, data checking, and report preparation.
• Ability to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in a night shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
• Graduate (B.com)
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS or Finance related role
