Associate Manager - Learning And Development

We are hiring Dynamic L&D professional responsible for driving end-to-end learning initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design scalable interventions, and ensure effective training delivery. Combines facilitation, content development, and operational excellence to enable a strong learning culture and business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Identify learning needs and support creation of learning paths and training plans
• Design, develop, and review learning content and materials
• Plan and execute classroom and virtual training programs
• Facilitate soft skills and professional development sessions
• Coordinate technical, functional, and behavioral trainings with stakeholders and vendors
• Manage learning operations including training records, nominations, and tracking
• Generate reports, dashboards, and insights on training effectiveness
• Drive learning engagement initiatives and support L&D roadmap execution

Requirements:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and define learning priorities
• Design and implement scalable learning interventions and role-based learning paths
• Develop and execute training plans aligned to business goals
• Create, customize, and review learning content and materials
• Facilitate soft skills and professional development programs
• Coordinate technical and functional trainings with SMEs and external vendors
• Manage end-to-end training lifecycle including logistics, communication, and participant tracking
• Maintain learning data, records, and ensure accuracy across systems
• Track program effectiveness and generate reports, dashboards, and insights
• Drive learning engagement initiatives and support a culture of continuous learning
