Designation : Associate Brands & Partnerships
Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience who combines strong execution with sharp problem-solving and strategic thinking. This role requires someone who can manage large-scale programs, work across multiple stakeholders, and use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
You will own end-to-end execution of creator-led commerce programs, working closely with creators, brands, and internal teams while ensuring smooth operations, high-quality delivery, and business growth.
Major Responsibilities & Deliverables
Program Ownership & Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale creator programs and campaigns
- Define program goals, timelines, and success metrics (views, conversions, CPV, ROI, etc.)
- Ensure timely execution with high-quality output and minimal supervision
Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving
- Apply a strong problem-solving mindset to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and risks
- Strategize improvements based on program performance and business needs
- Drive independent decision-making in fast-paced and ambiguous situations
Creator & Content Operations
- Manage creator onboarding, engagement, retention, and performance tracking
- Scale content production while maintaining quality standards
- Implement content guidelines and reduce rejection rates
Data Management & Analysis
- Maintain and manage Google Sheets and dashboards for daily program tracking
- Use advanced Excel/Google Sheets formulas for analysis
- Track key business metrics such as content output, engagement, conversions, and cost efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams including category, growth, finance, and operations
- Act as the point of contact for external stakeholders such as brands and platform partners
- Ensure smooth communication, escalation handling, and execution alignment
Process Building & Optimization
- Improve creator workflows and quality control processes
- Continuously optimize operations for better efficiency and cost management
Skills Required
Core Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Program Management / Category Management / Operations / Growth roles
- Strong problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking ability
- Excellent execution skills with high ownership and accountability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working with numbers and data-driven decision-making
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong Google Sheets management and maintenance
- Dashboard creation and reporting
- Data presentation to senior leadership
- Performance tracking and business reporting
Preferred Experience
- Experience in e-commerce, creator economy, content platforms, or marketplaces
- Familiarity with platforms like Flipkart, Meesho, YouTube Shopping, etc.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or marketplace ecosystems
