Associate – Forward Deployment & Innovation

Role Description

• Support client outcomes leveraging Bridgetown's platform across deployment and adoption
• Work closely with clients and product/ML teams to optimize platform functionality and usage
• Create consulting-style outputs for "evals", and then defining data annotation, model fine tuning, and prompt tuning projects to maximize performance on these evals
• Contribute to building new product functionality alongside the core team
• Operate in client-facing environments with a high degree of ownership from early on: own client relationships independently, including with global clients in NA, EU, APAC

Qualifications

• Proficiency in problem-solving
• Experience in client collaboration, consulting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of AI tools/ tech leaning profile (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take initiative when necessary.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in our offices in Bangalore (Koramangala).
