Associate Director - Cloudstore Payroll

Responsibilities, aka, what wed like you to deliver :

Own end-to-end payroll operations for off-roll employees of around 25000 to

30000 employees across multiple locations.

Ensure 100% accuracy and timely processing of salaries, incentives,

reimbursements, and full & final settlements.

Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT,

TDS, and other labor laws.

Act as the primary point of contact for payroll audits, working closely with

Finance, HRBPs, and external auditors.

Drive automation and continuous improvements in payroll processes in

collaboration with HRMS and Tech teams.

Handle payroll-related queries, grievance resolution, and ensure a seamless

employee experience.

Track, analyze, and publish payroll reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for

leadership review.

Implement and standardize payroll policies and SOPs across locations to ensure

governance and consistency.

Stay updated with legislative changes and proactively align payroll processes

accordingly.

Are you who we're searching for:

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 710 years in payroll management, preferably in mid to large-scale

organizations

Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP, Darwinbox, GreytHR, or similar

platforms

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas) and payroll analytics

Hands-on experience in statutory compliance and labor law regulations

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience managing multi-state payroll operations is a plus
