We're Hiring: Associate Director Commercial Contracting

Join our Legal team as an Associate Director Commercial Contracting and play a key leadership role in supporting global commercial contracting operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and provide strategic legal guidance across complex commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop legal teams supporting client and vendor commercial contracts across multiple geographies.

Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of complex technology, SaaS, licensing, procurement, and professional services agreements.

Provide strategic legal advice on contractual risk, regulatory compliance, and data privacy matters, including GDPR and CCPA.

Manage stakeholder relationships with senior business leaders and global legal teams.

Drive process improvements, standardization, contracting playbooks, and legal transformation initiatives, including AI and digital adoption.

Serve as an escalation point for complex and high-risk contractual matters.

Build team capability through coaching, performance management, hiring, and talent development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

LL.B. degree with 15+ years of post-qualification experience.

5+ years of leadership and people-management experience.

Strong expertise in commercial and technology contracting.

Experience negotiating with major technology vendors and managing complex negotiations.

Sound understanding of privacy and data protection regulations.

Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-border teams.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
