Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and concept-driven Associate Creative Director to lead creative ideation, guide teams, and deliver high-impact integrated campaigns. The role requires strong leadership, storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of digital and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts across digital, social, and integrated campaigns
• Mentor and manage copywriters, art directors, and designers
• Translate brand briefs into compelling creative ideas
• Ensure consistency in tone, visual language, and brand storytelling
• Collaborate with strategy, brand solutions, and client servicing teams
• Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
• Oversee campaign execution and maintain creative quality
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform innovations

Requirements

• 68 years of experience in advertising or digital agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns
• Proven team leadership and project management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines
