Work Mode:On-site

About the Role


Were looking for a seasonedAssociate Creative Director Copywho can lead ideas, shape narratives, and drive high-impact campaigns across platforms. This role is for someone who doesnt just write copy but thinks in campaigns, builds brand voice, and collaborates deeply with design, strategy, and production teams.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and conceptualizeintegrated campaignsacross digital, social, and offline platforms
  • Translate brand strategy into compellingcopy, scripts, and storytelling formats
  • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for:

  • Ad campaigns
  • Social media
  • Video scripts & reels
  • Brand films and commercials
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to bring ideas to life
  • Take ownership ofcreative direction on campaignsfrom ideation to execution
  • Mentor junior copywriters and ensure consistency in tone and quality
  • Participate in client discussions, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Stay updated with trends, cultural insights, and platform-specific content styles



Required Skills & Experience


  • Proven experience working onbrand campaigns and creative strategy
  • Strong portfolio showcasingcampaign-based work (mandatory)
  • Ability to think inbig ideas, not just captions
  • Hands-on experience withvideo scripting, ad films, and short-form content
  • Understanding ofshoot execution, storyboarding, and on-set workflows
  • Strong command over language, tone, and brand voice development
  • Experience working in anagency or fast-paced creative environment
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and inspire a team



Bonus Points If You Have


  • Experience working across multiple industries (F&B, lifestyle, tech, etc.)
  • Exposure to influencer campaigns or branded content
  • A knack for spotting trends and turning them into campaigns quickly
