Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage insurance agents/advisors
• Drive agency sales and achieve targets
• Train, motivate, and support agents
• Build strong agency relationships
• Monitor team performance and business growth
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in any industry.
• 1+ years of sales & marketing experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
