Role: Gold Loan Revenue Operation Manager 

Objective 

Own end-to-end revenue operations including partner MIS, lead flow monitoring, reconciliation, payouts, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate reporting and smooth revenue realization. Own end-to-end revenue operations including partner MIS, lead flow monitoring, reconciliation, payouts, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate reporting and smooth revenue realization. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

1. Lead Flow Monitoring 

• Monitor and manage end to end Gold Loan lead flow from creation to conversion 

• Manages daily lead inflow and allocation reports 

• Identify and flag lead drops, delays, or system issues and coordinate for quick resolution 

2. Partner MIS & Reporting 

• Share daily Gold Loan MIS and business performance snapshots with all active partners 

• Track missing or disputed conversion cases, coordinate with Analytics, and share reconciled numbers with partners 

3. Payouts & Finance Coordination 

• Coordinate with Finance for monthly payout calculations and invoice clearance for: 

• Gold Loan partners 

• Voice Bot 

• WhatsApp bot 

• DSA channel 

4. Sales Operations & Data Hygiene 

• Maintain and regularly update FOS (Feet on Street) Lead Management App related system changes 

• Identify and flag Lead management App delays, or system related issues and coordinate for quick resolution 

5. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination 

• Collate queries regarding external service providers (GL Partnership, Voice Bot, WhatsApp bot) and coordinate with the Revenue Manager for resolution 

• Coordinate with Tech and Finance teams to ensure timely issue resolution 

What do you need to succeed? 

Experience- 2-4 yrs overall experience incl Business sales & operations in platform based Digital Loan or other lending products with fintech, leading banks or NBFCs.
