Job Title: Senior Associate Marketing & Sales Strategy

Location: KDMC & Navi Mumbai

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused individual to support marketing and sales strategy initiatives. The role requires strong on-ground coordination, vendor management, and market research capabilities, with a hands-on approach to campaign execution and developer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary market research on competing real estate projects
• Perform site recce for identifying and finalizing outdoor media activation opportunities
• Visit developer sites to understand sales enablement processes and workflows
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and agencies for marketing deliverables
• Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) for developer reviews and ensure timely follow-ups
• Source quotations from marketing vendors and prepare comparative analysis
• Assist Business Strategy Manager (BSM) in budget planning and finalization with developers
• Support execution of on-ground marketing activities, events, and campaigns

Key Requirements:

• 02 years of experience in marketing / real estate / field operations
• Strong coordination and execution skills with a runner mindset
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and recce
• Basic understanding of real estate market (KDMC / Navi Mumbai preferred)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
