We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented AGM/DGM Institutional Sales with a strong background in the Dairy Industry to drive and expand our institutional business across Delhi NCR.

Key Requirements:

815 years of experience in Institutional Sales

Mandatory experience in Dairy Industry

Strong exposure to HORECA, B2B & Institutional Sales

Well-established network in Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Corporates & Institutions

Proven track record of achieving sales targets & business growth

Excellent leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute institutional sales strategies specifically for dairy products

Drive business growth across HORECA & key institutional accounts

Identify and onboard new clients in the Delhi NCR region

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts

Lead and mentor the institutional sales team

Ensure achievement of revenue, volume & profitability targets

Collaborate with supply chain & operations for seamless execution

Monitor market trends, competitor activities & customer needs
