Role Overview
The Operations Manager Soft Services is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of non-technical facility services across managed office spaces. This includes housekeeping, front office, concierge, security coordination, pest control, and client experience. The role focuses on maintaining premium workplace standards aligned with brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Soft Services Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of housekeeping, janitorial, and pantry services
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all common and private office areas
- Monitor vendor performance for soft service contracts
- Implement SOPs and service standards across all centers
2. Vendor & Contract Management
- Handle onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of vendors
- Ensure SLA compliance for housekeeping, security, pest control, and waste management
- Manage cost control and contract negotiations
3. Client Experience & Engagement
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients regarding facility services
- Ensure quick resolution of complaints and service requests
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
- Coordinate with community/front office teams for seamless service delivery
4. Team Management
- Supervise housekeeping staff, supervisors, and support teams
- Conduct training on grooming, hygiene, and service etiquette
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower planning
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections
- Coordinate with security teams for emergency preparedness
- Maintain records for statutory and audit requirements
6. Inventory & Budget Management
- Monitor consumption of cleaning materials and supplies
- Maintain inventory levels and minimize wastage
- Track operational expenses and optimize costs
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Track KPIs such as service quality, complaints, and resolution time
- Maintain audit reports and compliance documentation

Qualifications

- 510 years in Facilities Management (Soft Services)
- Experience in coworking spaces, commercial real estate, hotels, or IT parks preferred
