We are hiring an Assistant Director to completely own our execution pipeline, tracking projects seamlessly from corporate research and live sets to the final edit suite. This role spans Corporate Videos, Retainers, Podcasts, Animation, and an exciting project currently in stealth mode.

• Pre-Prod & Set: Script breakdowns, shot lists, casting, prop/costume continuity, and art direction.
• Post-Prod: Sitting with editors, Frame.io reviews, technical quality control (QC), file/folder management, and social asset creation.
• Specialized Specs: Mandatory project management, meticulous tracking, and absolute accountability for each and every project.

• Timings & Location: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM | Bengaluru (extending based on project and shoot requirements).
• Core Mandate: Mandatory end-to-end project management, creative leadership, and rigorous digital process tracking from initial prep to final post-delivery.

You will systematically execute, monitor, and manage these four phases for every single project format:

1. Pre-Production: Conduct thematic research, maintain strict script version control (keeping all scripts, edits, files, and folders updated), and translate scripts into detailed Google Sheets shot lists.
2. Casting & Styling: Source local talent/vendors, run auditions, and budget and maintain prop/costume continuity sheets.
3. On-Set Operations: Distribute call sheets, manage strict crew timelines, brief artists and associates, and oversee visual styling.
4. Post-Production: Organize raw rushes and systematically manage post files (including branding assets, project files, delivery versions, final cuts, aspect ratios, formats, and durations). Implement Frame.io edit notes directly with editors, track delivery rosters, and help ideate and create promotional social assets (reels, thumbnails).

Modify your creative workflow based on the specific project type while maintaining ironclad project management oversight:

• Compulsory Execution Tracking: Run daily check-ins across the pipeline to proactively flag timeline delays, project bottlenecks, or team underperformance. Project tracking is your direct responsibility.
• Mandatory Absence Rule: To ensure project management continuity, you must formalize a complete creative and operational handoff to designated team members via a WhatsApp roster, email, and Google Sheets confirmation before any scheduled leave.
