Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Director Intern with a strong screen presence, confidence in front of the camera, and a passion for storytelling and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in content production, direction, and on-screen performance while working closely with our creative and production team

Key Responsibilites

• Assist the Director in planning, coordinating, and executing shoots.
• Support pre-production activities, including script breakdowns, shot planning, and production coordination.
• Manage shoot schedules, talent coordination, and production logistics.
• Ensure smooth communication between creative, production, and post-production teams.
• Maintain continuity and assist in monitoring creative execution during shoots.
• Participate in content shoots and perform on camera when required.
• Support the team in creating engaging content for digital platforms.
• Assist in reviewing footage and coordinating post-production requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film, Journalism, Performing Arts, or related fields.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong screen presence and confidence in front of the camera.
• Interest in acting, content creation, and production
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for storytelling and children's content is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in acting, theatre, anchoring, content creation, or short-form video production.
• Familiarity with shoot environments and content production workflows
• Comfortable appearing in videos and representing the brand when required
