Asset Transfer Associate - 6 months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset transfer letters
• Initiate and process asset transfer instructions
• Follow up with clients for required signatures
• Complete documentation for RTA submission
• Coordinate and follow up with Bankers, RTAs, Clients, and Notaries
• Liaise with RTA/AMC for resolving issues and pending cases
• Visit client locations when required

Required Systems Knowledge:

• Wealth Spectrum
• NSE MF

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with RMs, SRMs, and clients
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, and Capital Markets
• Knowledge of current and evolving capital market regulations
• Strong data organization and management skills
• Hands-on experience in account opening processes
