TCS is hiring for AS400 developer
Desired Experience Range: 3 to 10 Years
Job Location: Bangalore / Pune
Job Requirements*
- Administering, developing & supporting applications on IBMi built with IBM languages CL/RPG or LANSA RDML.
- Understanding and coding experience in using LANSA RDML (Rapid Development & Maintenance language), VL (Visual LANSA) IDE, LANSA Integrator and LANSA Composer is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with business and technical teams to articulate solutions and drive delivery.
- Understanding of financial services IT solutions. Experience in Superannuation products/solutions is desirable.
- Sound understanding of ITIL Problem and Incident Management.
- Understanding of AGILE development techniques.
- Prior experience with administering Ultimaas, Ultimaas 2 (U2) and/or Acurity is highly desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (VBA scripts/macros).
- Experience in SQL Server, Windows Server, Windows services, Networking, AWS/Cloud concepts, MQ, SQL, HTTP, SSH, Java / Java Script, GIT
- Advanced IBMi concepts, including Power HA, flash copy, LPARS, IBMi System architecture.
- Jira/Confluence/SNOW, Devops, continuous improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science, engineering other relevant qualification and experience in similar roles.>
