Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development and experience building intelligent AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.

You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions involving autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI and autonomous AI workflows
• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task execution
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models
• Create and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Work with vector databases and embeddings for semantic search
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions
• Fine-tune prompts and optimize model performance for enterprise use cases
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI agent reliability and response quality

Required Skills

• 35 years of software development experience with strong Python expertise
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI / AI Agents development
• Strong experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications
• Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG architectures
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate
• Experience integrating APIs and AI services
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of AI workflows, orchestration, and memory management
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks
• Knowledge of Hugging Face, Transformers, or fine-tuning techniques
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with AI observability and evaluation tools
