NUVO AEON Diamond & Jewellery Private Limited is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, designing, and overseeing architectural projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, drawings, and plans.
• Develop conceptual designs and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Review project specifications and construction documentation.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Resolve design-related challenges during project execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and design proposals for management and clients.
• Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering tools will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
