Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Architect with minimum 5 years of experience with reputed architechitectural firm or real estate company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of local building regulations and hands-on experience in preparing sanction drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, including sanction drawings as per local authorities (PMC, PCMC, PMRDA)
• Ensure compliance with applicable building bylaws and regulations
• Work closely with liaison architects and internal concept/design teams for project approvals
• Strong understanding of UDCPR regulations
• Manage documentation related to FSI, zoning laws, reservations, and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with external consultants and authorities for approvals and clearances

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputed architectural firm or real estate company
• Strong knowledge of building bylaws, FSI, zoning regulations, and UDCPR
• Experience in preparing sanction drawings for PMC, PCMC, and PMRDA
• Good coordination and communication skills
