Architect (Design-Focused)

We're looking for a talented and creative Architect with a strong design sensibility to join our team. If you're passionate about creating thoughtful, innovative spaces and enjoy taking projects from concept to reality, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Description

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions.
• Prepare concept designs, and design development drawings.
• Assist in preparing accurate 2D drawings, presentation layouts, and basic architectural visualizations while coordinating with consultants and internal teams throughout the design process.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, applicable codes, and project objectives.
• Participate in client meetings and design presentations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimun 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUP is must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
