Applied AI Intern

Maneuver is a fast-growing company based in Dubai building applied AI solutions across industries from hospitality to logistics and beyond. We work with real businesses to design, ship, and scale AI that solves messy, real-world problems, and we're moving quickly in one of the most exciting corners of tech: frontier LLMs and autonomous agents. We're looking for an intern who wants to do the work, not watch it happen from a corner desk.

About the Role

You'll be in the room (and the codebase) from day one. Some weeks you'll be prototyping a new agent workflow on Monday and watching users try it by Friday. Other weeks you'll go deep on evals, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning to squeeze quality out of a model that almost works. There's no rigid intern track here your work ships, your name's on it, and your ideas count as everyone else's.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and ship features powered by LLMs and multi-step agents
• Design evals that catch the failure modes nobody else has thought of yet
• Experiment with prompting strategies, tool use, retrieval setups, and agent architectures
• Read a paper that dropped this morning and try the idea by tomorrow afternoon
• Talk directly to users across hospitality, logistics, and other industries and turn what you hear into product decisions
  

Requirements

• You've built something with an LLM API and felt the rush when it actually worked
• You're the friend who's already tried the new model before everyone else has heard of it
• You can write reasonable code in Python (or learn fast taste matters more than years of experience)
• You think clearly, write clearly, and aren't afraid to push back when something seems off
• Curiosity, drive, and the willingness to figure things out
