We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team.

- Java Applications

- CI/CD
- Grafana, Datadog, New Relic
- Shell Scripting
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support production applications hosted on AWS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Perform log analysis and application monitoring using Splunk.
- Conduct RCA and coordinate with Development, DevOps, DBA, and Infrastructure teams.
- Support deployments, validations, and post-release monitoring.
- Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations.
