Job Description:

1. Model Development and Optimization:

- Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for Demand Planning, Revenue Planning, Sales Quota Planning, OPEX Planning, and HR Planning.

- Optimize models for efficiency and performance, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and scalability.

2. Comprehensive Planning Knowledge:

- Sales Quota Planning: Implement models to distribute sales targets using historical performance, market segmentation, and growth forecasts.

- Demand Planning: Create demand forecast models leveraging the sales data for supply chain optimization.

- OPEX Planning: Develop models to estimate and manage operational expenses, incorporating cost allocation and scenario forecasting.

- Revenue Planning: Build revenue projection models using historical data, predictive analytics, and market trend integration.

- HR Planning: Design workforce planning tools that integrate with employee data for strategic talent allocation.

3. Workspace Management and Model Migration:

- Manage seamless model migrations between Development and Production workspaces.

- Maintain version control and tagging for all model updates, ensuring integrity during migration.

4. Integration and Data Management:

- Configure integrations with external data sources, including Azure Blob Storage, SQL databases, and other platforms via CloudWorks.

- Support advanced features such as direct write-back from reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau to Anaplan models.

5. Job Scheduling and Monitoring:

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot automated job schedules for data imports, exports, and calculations.

- Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.

6. Security and Data Administration:

- Implement robust user roles, permissions, and security settings to protect sensitive data.

- Administer data access policies for compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

7. Collaboration and Documentation:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.

- Create comprehensive documentation for model designs, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.

8. Innovation and Scalability:

- Identify and implement model improvements to support evolving business processes and ensure future scalability.
