Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Alemba ITSM Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and will be responsible for designing and implementing workflows within the Alemba ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows in Alemba ITSM
• Customize fields, forms, and templates within the ITSM platform
• Implement and maintain business rules for service management processes
• Manage and support Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integration and data integrity
• Provide L2 and L3 support for production issues related to workflows and service management
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow and process automation issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical workflows
• Ensure compliance with ITIL-based service management practices

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
