Analyst - Founders' Office

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Analyst in the Founders' Office. The Analyst will work closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives, data analysis, financial modeling, and project management. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing business presentations, driving operational improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The analyst will get to work on variety of projects as well as domains ranging from building strategy, products, policies, hiring, HR function, B2B partnerships on demand as well as on supply side, FP&A, tech, operations etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Recent graduates or people with 0-1 years of experience
• Experience in the electric mobility or finance industry is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, presentation and advanced knowledge of Excel, Python and SQL
