About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager who is a sharp problem-solver, quick thinker, and highly analytical. You will workclosely with project heads and cross-functional leaders to drive business-critical initiatives, establish clarity in ambiguity,and bring structure and momentum to fast-moving priorities.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end with clear ownership of outcomes.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured plans with measurable milestones.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards; analyse data to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Streamline processes across product, supply chain, marketing, and retail to improve efficiency and speed.
  • Ensure smooth store operations and support new store launches with strong execution rigor.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder alignment and communication across internal and external partners.
  • Bring customer, market, and competitive insights back into product and business decisions.


Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Preferably 12 years of experience in program management, consulting, strategy, analytics, founders office, orbusiness operations.
  • Strong academic pedigree from Tier-1 institutions such as SRCC, Stephens, LSR, Hindu, Hansraj, Ashoka, IITs, NITs,BITS, or equivalent top colleges.
  • Strong first-principles problem solver with structured thinking.
  • Quick, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets and basic modeling.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • High ownership, reliability, and a bias towards execution.
  • Exposure to D2C, retail, consumer brands, or fast-scaling startups is a plus.
