The AI Solution Engineer acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping design and deliver AI-driven solutions that are both technically feasible and business-aligned.

This role is highly sales-oriented, supporting pre-sales by demonstrating AI capabilities and building prototypes.

• Work closely with sales teams to shape AI/ML solutions
• Design and deliver AI prototypes and PoCs
• Translate business problems into technical AI solutions
• Demonstrate AI solutions to technical & non-technical stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor during early client engagement
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized
• Lead technical discussions and guide development teams

• End-to-end AI/ML lifecycle experience
• Strong understanding of:
• LLMs & SLMs
• Model performance & deployment
• Training requirements

• Hands-on experience with:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Vector databases & embeddings
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Prompt engineering
• Agent workflows

• AWS (Bedrock / SageMaker)
• Google Vertex AI
• Azure ML
• OpenAI

• Knowledge of:
• Machine Learning & Statistics
• Data Engineering
• Big Data concepts

• Landing zones
• Cost optimization
• Security best practices

• Strong problem-solving & business understanding
• Ability to code, prototype, and lead by example
• Experience in enterprise solution design
• Comfortable making technical decisions
