Job Description

We are looking for a AI Product Manager with strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics platforms to drive enterprise-scale product outcomes. This role requires a balance of technical depth, product thinking, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on AI-driven product development and platform enablement.


Responsibilities


  • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI/ML-driven platforms and solutions
  • Translate business problems into scalable product requirements and AI use cases
  • Break down AI initiatives into structured execution plans and ensure timely delivery
  • Evaluate trade-offs between accuracy, latency, and cost in product decisions
  • Drive adoption of GenAI/LLM-based capabilities and guide development of AI agents
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance team productivity and review AI-generated outputs
  • Partner with engineering to guide architecture, scalability, and system design decisions
  • Establish processes for code reviews and technical quality governance
  • Debug product issues at a conceptual level and guide teams toward resolution
  • Review client-facing deliverables (dashboards, insights, tools) for quality and impact
  • Design fit-for-purpose product solutions aligned with business goals and constraints
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product scope, success metrics, and delivery strategy
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and product updates to client stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery build launch iteration)
  • Manage backlogs, prioritize features, and drive Agile execution (sprints, reviews)
  • Track product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure structured QA processes and high-quality product releases
  • Lead cross-functional teams and align execution with product goals
  • Drive stakeholder discussions, storytelling, and decision-making
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and transparency



Required Skills and Experience


  • 8+ years of experience delivering outcomes for enterprise clients in product/analytics roles
  • Strong experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle (01 and 1N)
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and reviewing AI-generated outputs
  • Strong understanding of trade-offs: accuracy vs latency vs cost
  • Exposure to GenAI/LLM-based applications (preferred)
  • Ability to break down AI requirements into actionable plans and guide execution (including AI agents)
  • Strong foundation in Probability & Statistics
  • Deep understanding of Practical Machine Learning systems and limitations
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics areas: Time Series Forecasting, Bayesian Analysis, Operations Research
  • Experience in domains like Pricing Analytics, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Customer Analytics (B2B/B2C)
  • Ability to design business-aligned product solutions and define success metrics
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, backlog prioritization, and delivery ownership
  • Ability to create structured processes for quality assurance and delivery excellence
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team management capabilities
  • Strong people skills: conflict resolution, empathy, negotiation
  • Self-driven with high ownership and accountability
