AI/ML Engineer (Azure AI)

Were looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team and work on cutting-edge AI solutions. If you have hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems and enjoy working with advanced agentic frameworks, this opportunity is for you!

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems
• Build and implement Multi-Agent Systems with capabilities like reasoning, planning, and tool usage
• Develop AI agents using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex
• Architect and optimize advanced RAG pipelines (embeddings, semantic chunking, multi-vector indexing, re-ranking)
• Implement LLM evaluation frameworks and robust guardrails
• Analyze and improve model performance, scalability, and deployment strategies
• Conduct latency analysis and optimize throughput for real-time AI interactions
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects for end-to-end AI solution alignment

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions
• Strong understanding of agentic AI systems and modern LLM frameworks
• Experience in RAG architecture and optimization techniques
• Expertise in performance tuning, scalability, and real-time AI systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
