The team includes experienced engineers and product designers with a strong track record of building and shipping consumer hardware products at scale. Project Mirage operates across San Francisco and Bangalore and is in an early, fast-moving phase of product and brand building.

Role Overview

We're not looking for a traditional marketer who's "exploring AI tools., but someone who has already made the shift and defaults to building workflows before doing things manually, thinks in systems, and stays plugged into what's moving in US culture and global marketing.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, content, and technology. You'll own the top of the funnel - driving awareness, signups, and community growth across organic and owned channels. That means seeding content across Reddit, Twitter, and niche communities, running creator and influencer outreach, building automations that scale what works, and tracking everything closely enough to know when to double down and when to cut.

If you are someone who spent the last weekend building something, reverse-engineering a recent campaign, or figuring out a faster way to do something you were doing by hand, youd fit right in.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in growth, content, or digital marketing.
• Fluent with AI tools - not just ChatGPT (sorry, Claude) for writing, but actually building with them.
• Some experience with no-code automation.
• Comfortable reading data and making decisions from it.
• Deeply aware of what's happening in US tech culture and global marketing.
