As we expand our AI division, our focus is simple not just using AI, but redefining how content is imagined, created, and delivered.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a typical execution role. We are looking for an AI Creative Director who can operate at the intersection of creative thinking, visual storytelling, and AI systems. You will lead projects from idea to final output, defining visual languages, building AI-native workflows, and pushing the boundaries of whats possible in advertising and filmmaking. This role is thinking-first, tools-second.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end creative direction for AI-driven campaigns, films, and branded content
• Translate briefs into strong conceptual territories and visual worlds
• Design and oversee AI-first production pipelines (image, video, hybrid workflows)
• Build scalable creative systems (prompt architectures, character consistency, styling systems, campaign continuity)
• Define look development, color language, composition, and cinematic treatment across projects
• Mentor and guide AI artists to ensure high-quality, consistent output
• Collaborate with agencies and clients to shape forward-thinking narratives
• Prototype and pitch innovative AI-led concepts that go beyond traditional production
• Stay ahead of emerging tools and integrate them into production-ready workflows
• Balance creative ambition with timelines, feasibility, and budgets

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong experience in creative direction, filmmaking, design, or visual storytelling
• Deep understanding of AI tools (Midjourney, Kling, Veo, Stable Diffusion, Runway, ComfyUI, etc.)
• Proven ability to build systems and workflows, not just generate outputs
• Strong eye for cinematography, composition, color, and editorial aesthetics
• Experience working on campaigns, films, or branded content
• Ability to lead teams and clearly communicate across creative and technical stakeholder
• Strong understanding of prompt systems, iteration strategies, and generative pipelines
• Ability to work fast without compromising on taste or quality
