As an Agentic Software Engineer product-minded, customer-focused, full-stack engineer who builds and ships features using AI coding agents as everyday development tools.

About the Role

Working under general supervision with moderate autonomy, you independently deliver well-scoped features from implementation through production using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to write better code, faster.

Responsibilities

• You exercise sound judgment on implementation approach and quality trade-offs, with your decisions directly affecting feature delivery timelines and code maintainability.
• You consult with senior engineers on architectural decisions and raise risks that require team-level discussion.
• You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that crosses multiple technology domains, business teams, and offices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using AI coding agents to accelerate development, generate and refine code, and assist with debugging and testing.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for code generation and development workflows.
• Awareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how it enables AI agents to interact with external tools and data sources.
• Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and graph-based data technologies (GraphRAG, GraphDB).
• Hands-on experience building applications in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with real-time streaming or distributed messaging platforms such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with modern project management and collaboration tools (Jira, ADO, GitHub Projects, or similar).
• Agile software delivery experience (iterative planning and delivery).

• Strong curiosity about emerging AI development tools and a desire to stay current with the evolving agentic coding landscape.
