Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Professor in Aviation Department to join our dynamic faculty team. The ideal candidate will hold a Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering and possess a strong commitment to teaching, academic research, and professional development. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to the departments academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate courses in Aviation Department such as Aerodynamics, Propulsion Systems, Aircraft Structures, Flight Mechanics, etc.
• Develop curriculum, prepare lesson plans, and deliver engaging classroom and laboratory sessions.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.
• Engage students and publish in journals/conferences.
• Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary projects and departmental initiatives.
• Participate in academic advising and mentoring of students.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and accreditation processes of the department.
• Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industrial visits.
• Support the institution in academic and administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Essential: Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering from a recognized university with a strong academic record.
• Desirable: Enrollment in or completion of Ph.D. in a related field.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and innovation in pedagogy.
• Familiarity with industry practices and current developments in Aviation

Experience:

Freshers with exceptional academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Prior teaching or research experience in an academic institution will be an advantage.
