We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing digital experiences.

Job Description

Hands-on experience developing enterprise web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with 68 years of experience.

Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling Framework, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Felix.

Proficient in Java, J2EE technologies, and must have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.

Experience in building reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and services.

Strong expertise in integrating AEM with third-party systems and APIs.

Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable and secure applications.

Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and frontend frameworks.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and performance optimization.

Experience writing clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following AEM best practices.

Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues, and driving them to closure with effective prioritization and time management.

Diagnose and resolve common issues related to AEM implementation and deployments.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance, caching, and dispatcher-related issues in the AEM platform.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Ability to work with multiple clients and manage expectations effectively.

Experience with Cloud Platforms, AEM as a Cloud Service, and DevOps practices is desirable.

Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem and headless CMS implementations is an added advantage.
