Pattern is looking for an Advertising Specialist MENA to join our growing team and support advertising operations across major marketplaces including Amazon.ae, Amazon KSA, and Noon.

Role Overview

As an Advertising Specialist, you will work closely with Advertising Strategists and cross-functional teams to execute and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon and Noon marketplaces. The role involves campaign management, keyword research, bid optimization, reporting, and performance analysis for premium brand accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support advertising strategy execution across Amazon.ae, Amazon KSA, and Noon
• Manage campaign workflows, keyword research, ad builds, and bid optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable reports
• Work on Sponsored Ads, DSP audience builds, Sponsored Display targeting, and marketplace promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
• Analyze metrics such as TACoS, ROAS, CVR, CTR, and CPC
• Use tools like Seller Central, Noon dashboards, Pacvue/Perpetua, Asana, and reporting platforms

What Were Looking For

1+ years of hands-on PPC / marketplace advertising experience

Experience with Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, or similar eCommerce platforms

Strong understanding of campaign setup, keyword targeting, and performance optimization

Good analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in marketplace advertising

Google Ads experience is a plus.
