We are about 550+ people strong, and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Minimum 2+ years of AEP/AJO implementation experience

Experience in 23 end-to-end implementation projects (mandatory)

Strong SQL skills (Oracle / Teradata / SQL Server, etc.)

Expertise in data modeling for marketing systems (XDM preferred)

Hands-on experience with:

• Data ingestion (APIs, connectors)
• Audience segmentation

Journey orchestration

Programming knowledge in JavaScript (mandatory); Python/PHP is a plus

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and SDK integrations

• Understanding of multi-channel campaign management and personalization

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AJO

Work closely with clients to gather business and technical requirements

Design and implement data models using XDM (Experience Data Model)

Configure journeys, segments, and real-time customer profiles

Set up data ingestion pipelines using APIs and UI connectors

Develop and manage audience segmentation and activation strategies

Build and optimize customer journeys, triggers, and personalization rules

Integrate AJO with external systems (CRM, Email, Ad platforms, etc.)

Develop custom workflows and integrations using APIs and SDKs

Perform data transformations, cleansing, and optimization using SQL

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

• Create technical documentation and implementation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
